Returns and Exchanges
We’re glad you made a purchase with us. We care about ensuring that every customer is satisfied with a high-quality product. But if our dear Customer decides to return or exchange items purchased from the o-k.lt online store, we first invite you to contact us via email at info@o-k.lt and provide the item you wish to return and its order number.
- Defective products are exchanged, returned, or repaired based on the “Retail Trade Rules” approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on July 22, 2014, by Resolution No. 738.
- If the Buyer wishes to return item(s), according to clause 11.1, they must fill out the product return form.
When returning items, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and retain its commercial appearance: undamaged labels, not broken.
- Items of suitable quality can be returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery date.
- The returned item must be in the same set as received by the Buyer.
- The returned item must be in its original, tidy packaging. Any defects must not have occurred due to the Buyer’s fault.
- In all cases, a document confirming the purchase must be provided when returning the item.
- The Seller has the right to refuse to accept returned items if the return conditions were not followed.
- When returning a defective item, exchanging size, or exchanging for an equivalent product, the shipping costs of the returned product are covered by the Seller. Items must be sent after filling out the return form.
Important! When returning an item of suitable quality, only the amount paid for the product is refunded to the Buyer. Shipping costs are not refunded. The Seller is not responsible for unprocessed or delayed payments for returned products if the Buyer provides incorrect information required for the return.
- Returns are carried out in the manner specified by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the goods are received.
- Returns and exchanges of suitable quality items are carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810 Part 1 of the Civil Code.
- The money for items accepted by the Buyer but later rejected will be refunded to the Buyer’s account no later than within 7 (seven) working days from the date of return to the Seller, unless otherwise agreed between the Seller and Buyer.
