Dear Customers! If a product is not in stock, we begin manufacturing it meticulously as soon as it is ordered. As a result, it may take up to 5 days to prepare this product. However, orders are usually shipped the same day or the next day.

Shipping Methods

Through LP Express self-service parcel terminals. (price 3.49) :

Payment by card upon pickup at an LPEXPRESS parcel locker (free shipping does not apply) (price 4.49)

Packages are delivered to self-service parcel terminals within 2–3 business days.

If you select delivery to an LP Express self-service parcel terminal, you will receive an SMS message with the information needed to pick up your package.

The buyer must pick up the package within 72 hours of receiving the text message notifying them of the package’s delivery.

For shipments that have already been sent and are being delivered to LP Express self-service parcel terminals, it is not possible to change the delivery address.

Through VENIPAK self-service parcel terminals. (Prices start at 3.49 euros ):

For shipments that have already been sent and are being delivered to VENIPAK self-service parcel terminals, it is not possible to change the delivery address.

IMPORTANT! Delivery times may vary depending on the service provider’s workload, especially during the Christmas season.

Delivery Notification

  • When an order is shipped or ready for pickup, the system will send you a notification via email.
  • Once the package arrives at the post office you selected, you will receive a text message containing the information you need to pick it up.
  • If you order delivery to a parcel locker, please remember that you must pick up your package from the parcel locker within the time frame specified by the shipping or postal service. If you order delivery by courier to your doorstep, you must ensure that you will be home at the time of delivery to accept the package.
