Rules for Purchasing and Selling Goods in the O-K.LT Online Store
The operator of the online store and the seller of the goods offered therein (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) is:

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a legally binding document for the Parties, defining the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods in the online store.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement the Rules at any time in accordance with legal requirements. The Buyer will be informed on the website of the online store. The Rules valid at the time of order placement shall apply to purchases.
1.3. The following entities have the right to purchase goods in the online store:
1.3.1. legally capable natural persons, i.e., persons of legal age whose legal capacity is not restricted by court order;
1.3.2. minors between 14 and 18 years of age with parental or guardian consent, unless they independently manage their income;
1.3.3. legal entities;
1.3.4. authorized representatives of all of the above.
1.4. By confirming these Rules, the Seller also guarantees that the Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store as specified in point 1.3.
1.5. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having formed a shopping cart in the online store, indicated the delivery address, selected a payment method, and familiarized themselves with the Seller’s Rules, clicks the “Confirm Order” button (see section 5 “Ordering of Goods, Prices, Payment Procedure, Terms”).
1.6. Each agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the online store.
2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
2.1. The Buyer may order goods in the online store:
2.1.1. by registering in the online store and entering the required registration information;
2.1.2. without registering in the online store.
2.2. When placing an order in the manner specified in point 2.1, the Buyer must provide the following personal data necessary for proper fulfillment of the order: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and email address.
2.3. By confirming these Rules, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided in point 2.2 may be processed for the purposes of selling goods and services in the online store, analyzing the Seller’s operations, and direct marketing.
2.4. By agreeing to the processing of personal data for the purpose of selling goods and services, the Buyer also agrees to receive informational messages necessary for order fulfillment via the provided email address and phone number.
2.5. By registering and placing orders in the online store, the Buyer undertakes to protect their login details and not disclose them to third parties.
3. BUYER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Rules and other sections of information published on the online store website.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase–sale agreement with the online store by notifying the Seller in writing (by email, indicating the item to be returned and the order number) no later than within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of delivery of the goods, except in cases when such withdrawal is not permitted under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania (e.g., when the agreement concerns hygiene items such as bedding; see information at https://e-seimas.lrs.lt/portal/legalAct/lt/TAD/TAIS.141450/cXxjaFWWjA, point 18 “Specifics of returning and exchanging non-food items”).
3.3. The Buyer may exercise the right specified in point 3.2 only if the item has not been damaged or materially changed in appearance and has not been used.
3.4. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price.
3.5. If the data provided in the Buyer’s registration form changes, the Buyer must update them immediately.
3.6. The Buyer undertakes not to transfer their login details to third parties. If the Buyer loses their login information, they must immediately notify the Seller via the contact details provided in the “Contact” section.
3.7. By using the online store, the Buyer agrees to these Rules of purchase–sale and undertakes to comply with them and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. SELLER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide all necessary conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services of the online store.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability or security of the online store or fails to fulfill their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the store, or in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer’s registration.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy with regard to the personal information provided in the online store registration form.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
